Job Summary

We're looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our team, working from home as independent contractors (1099). As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries, providing product and service information, and resolving customer complaints in a professional manner. Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate responses to customer queries.
  • Provide information about products and services, addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • Assist customers with orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring seamless transactions and building customer loyalty.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner, escalating complex issues to senior representatives as needed.
  • Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or provide additional information, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Analyze customer needs to recommend the best solutions, upselling and cross-selling products and services as opportunities arise.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, using our CRM system to track customer history and preferences.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English or Spanish; multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide solutions.
  • Ability to analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions, using critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Prior experience in customer service or sales is beneficial, but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working in a call center or customer service environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer service platforms.
