Job Overview

As a Virtual Customer Support Agent at Blithequark, you'll have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, choose your own hours, and provide exceptional support to our customers. Responsibilities

As a Virtual Customer Support Agent at Blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Participating in comprehensive training and certification courses to ensure you're equipped to provide exceptional support
  • Delivering outstanding customer service by guiding and helping others with a friendly, empathetic attitude
  • Using your home computer and phone to answer inbound phone calls, video calls, and/or live chats
  • Committing to and following through on working a minimum number of hours per week
  • Being accountable in all areas of work, including meeting performance targets and customer satisfaction goals

Qualifications

To be successful as a Virtual Customer Support Agent at Blithequark, you'll need to meet the following standard requirements:

  • 6+ months of customer service experience and/or administrative experience (preferred)
  • A quiet home office setup with a computer/laptop, headset, and reliable/strong internet connection
  • Excellent typing, communication, and computer skills
  • Strong spelling and grammar skills
  • Willingness to submit to a standard background check, drug test, technology check, and voice assessments
  • A strong work ethic and commitment to making customers happy
  • Articulate and excellent command of the English language

Technical Requirements

To ensure you can perform at your best, you'll need to meet the following technical requirements:

  • CPU: i5 (or equivalent), i7 recommended (no Atom, Celeron, Pentium, or Opteron processors)
  • Internet Download Speed: 5Mbs down speed minimum
  • Internet Upload Speed: 3Mbs up speed minimum
  • Network Latency: Max 250 MS latency max
  • OS: Win 8.1 (64bit), Win 10 (64bit)
  • RAM: 4GB minimum, 8GB recommended
  • Home office setup with ethernet cord connected to your computer
  • Desktop or laptop connected to a nearby router or wall for firewall/security purposes (Chromebooks, iPads, or similar devices are not acceptable)
