As a Seasonal Data Entry Associate/Order Blaster, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient data processing.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a seasonal basis. As a Seasonal Data Entry Associate/Order Blaster, you will be responsible for processing large business orders, updating spreadsheet information, and communicating with other departments. This is a full-time remote position, available from the United States, and offers paid on-the-job training.

Key Responsibilities

* Process all incoming Excel (Macro and Non-Macro) orders in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Format Excel orders as needed to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Set up profiles for all Excel orders to facilitate efficient data processing.
  • Process incoming paper orders from both Consumer and Business Gift Division, meeting demanding deadlines.
  • Process incoming Treasury Batch orders efficiently while meeting deadlines for Treasury.
  • Execute Customer Gift History lists and enter Catalog requests and address changes.
  • Manage incoming communications in a prompt, efficient, timely, and professional manner, meeting all accuracy and productivity standards.
  • Monitor and maintain business and product knowledge information by utilizing all available resources.
  • Process Special Projects for various departments throughout the company.

Essential Qualifications

* 6 months of data entry experience, preferably in a call center or customer service environment.

  • Medium to advanced knowledge of Excel, including formulas, functions, and formatting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with other departments.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in order to meet the demands of the Business Gift Division.
  • Type 35 wpm with high accuracy.
  • Proven knowledge of navigation of a computer, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent spelling and grammar, with attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of data entry experience in a similar environment.

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables, macros, and data analysis.
  • Experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with multiple deadlines and priorities.
