Job Summary

As a Senior Director, Global Head, Adversarial Abuse/Analytics, you will be responsible for leading a team of experts in identifying and mitigating adversarial abuse on the blithequark platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to prevent and detect abuse, and to provide insights and recommendations to inform business decisions. Your expertise in data analysis, machine learning, and software development will be essential in driving the development of new tools and technologies to support our abuse prevention efforts.

Responsibilities

* Lead a team of experts in identifying and mitigating adversarial abuse on the blithequark platform

• Develop and implement strategies to prevent and detect abuse, including the use of machine learning and data analytics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new tools and technologies to support abuse prevention efforts
• Provide insights and recommendations to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives
• Work closely with the Product Management team to develop and prioritize new features and functionality
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, product managers, and engineers
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the field of adversarial abuse and machine learning
• Mentor and develop junior team members to help them grow and succeed in their roles

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field

• 4+ years of experience in a related field, including data analysis, machine learning, and software development
• 2+ years of experience leading a team of experts in identifying and mitigating adversarial abuse
• Strong background in data analysis, machine learning, and software development
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
• Experience with cloud-based technologies, including AWS and Google Cloud
• Experience with machine learning frameworks, including TensorFlow and PyTorch
• Experience with data analytics tools, including Tableau and Power BI

Preferred Qualifications

* Postgraduate education in a related field, including a Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field

• 2+ years of experience working with designing teams that form information foundation and ML models
• 2+ years of experience driving groups with the capacity to work non-standard weeks of work as accelerations require
• Experience with SQL/R/Matlab
• Exceptional impacting and leader relational abilities and the capacity to construct associations with cross-utilitarian accomplices
• Magnificent business judgment, vital and scientific abilities, including utilizing information to drive technique and business activity with a capacity to work in a quickly changing industry and oversee equivocalness while limiting vulnerability through quantitative bits of knowledge
