Join Our Team
We are seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our team on a full-time, work-from-home basis. As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for handling maintenance, collection, and liquidation activities for an assigned portfolio of accounts. This will include handling a variety of customer inquiries, analyzing payment history/notes, and communicating statuses to customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Analyze payment history/notes and communicate statuses to customers
- Work with leading technologies and systems to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Collaborate with a dedicated team of leaders and peers to achieve success
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Qualifications
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Drive to solve problems and meet goals
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
- Experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or remote work environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
Requirements for Remote Work
* Excellent internet connectivity with speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download
- Hardwired internet access (wireless and/or satellite Internet Service Providers are not compatible with our systems)
- Productive, quiet, and distraction-free workspace
- A smartphone (iOS or Android), 4 years old or newer, to download our app for company communications
