Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat. You will work independently and as part of a team to resolve customer issues efficiently, effectively, and with empathy. You will also maintain a solid understanding of blithequark's service offerings and updates, and participate in continuous training and development sessions.

Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, resolving customer issues efficiently, effectively, and with empathy.

  • Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments, ensuring that customer concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of blithequark's service offerings and updates, including new features, promotions, and policies.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and thoroughly, using our CRM system to track and resolve customer issues.
  • Participate in continuous training and development sessions, staying up-to-date on the latest industry trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for improving customer service.
  • Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate our global customer base.

Requirements

* Proven experience in customer service or a related field, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong computer literacy and ability to quickly learn new software applications, including our CRM system and other tools.
  • High-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace, with minimal distractions.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate our global customer base.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred, but not mandatory with relevant experience.
