Key Responsibilities

As a customer service representative with blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients' customers through various channels, including:

• Inbound phone calls
• Chat messages
• Emails

Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their needs. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their products and services, ensuring that you're equipped to provide accurate and helpful information.

Schedule Flexibility

We understand that everyone's schedule is unique, which is why we offer flexible work options to accommodate your needs. You'll have the opportunity to create a schedule that works best for you, with the majority of work hours taking place during weekdays and daytime hours.

Earnings & Revenue

As a blithequark contractor, you'll have the potential to earn up to $19 per hour, with pay determined by your phone call status when assisting customers. Additionally, you'll have access to various incentives based on client and performance metrics, providing opportunities for growth and recognition.

Technology & Equipment Requirements

To ensure seamless communication and connectivity, you'll need:

• A quiet and secure work environment during working hours
• A personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not permitted)
• A wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication
• High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed for seamless connectivity
• A valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
• A smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad for program work, along with an authentication app

Work Environment Requirements

To maintain a productive and focused work environment, you'll need:

• A quiet, uninterrupted space
• An organized desk area

Contractual Relationship

As a blithequark contractor, you'll remain an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment. You'll be responsible for your own taxes, benefits, and other expenses. When you receive your contract, you'll be asked to agree to have no claim against blithequark for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.

Contractors must also successfully pass a criminal background check.
