Job Summary

As a Senior Product Manager on our team, you will play a critical role in driving the development of our products and services. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, collaborating with stakeholders, and making data-driven decisions to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

* Lead the development of product roadmaps, strategies, and business cases to drive growth and customer satisfaction

• Develop and maintain product guides, market research, and competitor analysis to inform product decisions
• Communicate product vision and strategy to key stakeholders, including executives, product teams, and cross-functional teams
• Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Develop and manage product metrics, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI) analysis
• Collaborate with product teams across the organization to share best practices, leverage expertise, and drive innovation
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments to inform product decisions

Essential Qualifications

* Four-year degree or equivalent experience in a related field

• 4+ years of product management experience, with a focus on search, recommendations, or artificial intelligence-powered products
• Proven track record of driving collaboration across multiple teams to achieve customer-centric goals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex product ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data to inform product decisions
• Experience building innovative and engaging customer experiences informed by data from multiple sources (surveys, A/B testing, customer research)
• Demonstrated ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear product visions, strategies, and plans to drive product growth

* Master's degree in a related field, such as business administration, computer science, or engineering

• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities

• Experience with product management tools, such as Jira, Asana, or Trello
• Familiarity with data analytics tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Analytics
