Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer support via phone, ensuring that every interaction is friendly, professional, and welcoming
• Handling inbound calls in a timely manner, managing outbound calls as necessary, and resolving customer issues efficiently
• Researching and verifying customer information using online resources, following communication scripts, and providing solutions to customer inquiries
• Identifying customers' needs, clarifying information, researching issues, and providing solutions to customer inquiries
• Providing customers with product and service information as needed, continuously learning and training to maintain and expand product knowledge and customer service skills
• Updating job and product knowledge by participating in ongoing educational opportunities

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you'll need:

• A professional work ethic, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills, with the ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage your time effectively
• Active listening skills, with the ability to resolve customer issues and provide solutions to customer inquiries
• Basic computer skills, utilizing Microsoft Windows and browser-based applications
• A minimum typing speed of 25wpm
• The ability to identify and escalate priority issues
• The ability to manage and update customer data by entering and editing customer information
• A quiet work space and high-speed internet access
• Bi-lingual skills (Spanish or French) are a plus, but not required

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will make you an even stronger candidate:

• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
• Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
• A degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or customer service
