Job Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting blithequark's rebate aggregator operations process. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Evaluating and growing equipment and automation to enhance performance and efficiency
- Managing document transfers, reporting, rejection management, trending, and rebate reconciliation
- Working with utility bills in a data entry capacity, requiring high accuracy and speed
- Collaborating with the team to identify and implement process improvements
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and reports
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A strong background in data entry, with a minimum of 10,000 kph on the assessment
- Excellent attention to detail and a positive attitude
- Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office Suite
- Ability to provide your own office equipment and setup, including a Windows machine, dual high-resolution monitors, web camera, speakers or headphones, and microphone
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with cloud-based applications and web development
- Knowledge of automation tools and equipment
- Familiarity with rebate aggregator operations processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
