Title: Data Entry Clerk, ATN - Respiratory - Beth Israel - Dazian Full-Time Day Shift Department: ATN - Respiratory Hospital: Beth Israel - Dazian Schedule: Full-Time Day Shift Job Summary: Assists the department in maintaining files, photocopying and data entry Roles & Responsibilities:

• Enters and verifies accuracy of data from worksheets into PC database
• Assists the staff with chart requesting, chart cataloging and completion of demographic information on worksheets
• Photocopies, collates, assembles and distributes materials as assigned within requested timeframes
• Sorts, files and retrieves files from established filing system
• Maintains organized updated files of committees
• Prepares new and remove obsolete file folders as designated by the staff
• Sorts and distributes outgoing mail, reports, charts as necessary i.e. hand carries mail
• Maintains conference calendar in a non-conflicting manner
• Answers telephone calls, directs incoming calls, takes messages, and responds to routine inquiries regarding departmental activities and schedules
• Confirms/cancels meetings to committee members within the requested timeframes

Requirements: High School diploma or GED equivalent required. The Mount Sinai Health System (MSHS) provides a salary range to comply with the New York City Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $21.83 - $23.05 Hourly. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, and hospital need.
