Job Summary

We're looking for a full-time Driver Onboarding Specialist/Data Entry Clerk to communicate with delivery professionals and help them navigate the onboarding process. As a Driver Onboarding Specialist, you'll be responsible for reviewing applications, conducting virtual vehicle safety inspections, and providing exceptional customer service to our delivery professionals. Key Responsibilities:

  • Application Review: Review applications, insurance documents, and vehicle registration documents for accuracy and eligibility.
  • Virtual Vehicle Safety Inspections: Conduct virtual vehicle safety inspections with qualified driver-applicants (training provided).
  • Communication: Communicate with delivery professionals via text, chat, and email about the status of their applications.
  • Background Checks: Order driver applicants' pre-employment background checks using company software.
  • Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to delivery professionals and internal stakeholders.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or above preferred.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in recruiting/onboarding gig app workers, data entry, HR, or customer service.
  • Technical Skills: Strong attention to detail, self-motivated, excellent communication skills, and ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Work Environment: Access to a quiet work environment, a smartphone, and a computer with reliable internet access.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a business environment, including data entry, HR, receptionist, administrative assistant, or customer service.
  • Location: Preferred states include Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, New Hampshire, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, and Virginia.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary: The salary range for this role is $25,000 to $35,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
