Responsibilities

As a Fully Remote Chat Support Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries via email and live chat, providing accurate and complete information using our comprehensive Knowledge Base.
  • Resolving customer complaints and escalating issues as needed, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, utilizing our CRM system.
  • Following up on customer interactions to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Achieving and maintaining established performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Collaborating with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues and provide effective solutions.
