Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via telephone to provide problem resolution in accordance with blithequark's service standards
  • Receiving and/or placing telephone calls, which may require deviation from standard screens, scripts, and procedures
  • Answering customer telephone inquiries, orders, service needs, and complaints, and responding where applicable or directing to technical/service areas
  • Maintaining detailed and current knowledge of blithequark's products and services
  • Analyzing customer service needs for communication to service and technical departments, when applicable
  • Navigating a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 6 months minimum call center experience, either remote or onsite
  • Ability to work hours as assigned, including nights and weekends
  • Flexibility to work in a 24/7 Call Center environment
  • Ability to be on camera during work hours
