The Role

As a Customer Sales Executive at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in engaging with our customers, providing expert advice and support, and helping them to find the best possible alarm solution for their needs. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a unique blend of technical knowledge, communication skills, and a genuine desire to help others.

Key Responsibilities

* Managing and converting lead-generated inbound calls to drive sales and revenue growth

  • Providing expert advice and support to customers, helping them to find the best possible alarm solution for their needs
  • Building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their requirements
  • Meeting and exceeding personal and team targets, while maintaining high levels of quality and accuracy
  • Up-selling additional products and services to customers, and identifying new opportunities for growth and development
  • Existing customer engagement and service management, ensuring that customers receive the highest level of service and support
  • Being a role model within the team, showcasing the five blithequark values and promoting a culture of excellence and innovation
  • Actively looking for new ways to improve the customer journey, identifying opportunities for process improvement and suggesting innovative solutions

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a genuine desire to help others, be empathetic and attentive to customers' needs, and have a strong customer-centric mindset. You'll be great at building rapport with clients, have a proven track record of achieving and surpassing targets, and be highly organized with a good level of education.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

* Previous experience in a telephone-based sales role, with a proven track record of success

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work remotely, with a reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box
  • Ability to work flexibly, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

* Experience working in a sales or customer-facing role, with a proven track record of success

  • Familiarity with alarm systems and security solutions, with a strong understanding of the industry and its trends
  • Ability to speak multiple languages, with a strong understanding of cultural differences and nuances
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment, with a strong understanding of collaboration tools and technologies
