Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering inbound calls and assisting customers with their inquiries and requests
  • Capturing information and entering data into our customer service database in a timely manner
  • Operating our customer service database and reading relevant call-handling instructions
  • Relaying messages and routing calls to the appropriate resources
  • Following up on calls with clerical duties and liaising with other departments
  • Providing personalized customer service at the highest level, with a focus on quality, teamwork, service, adaptability, integrity, and ownership

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
  • Reliable Internet connection and attendance
  • Pleasant and friendly mannerisms, with a sound knowledge of telephone etiquette
  • Basic computer navigation skills
  • Quick and correct typing – ability to create grammatically correct responses without spelling errors
  • Positive attitude and a passion for learning
  • Goal-Oriented and emphasizes accountability for delivering results
  • Ability to uphold our company values: Quality, Teamwork, Service, Adaptability, Integrity, and Ownership

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, previous call center experience, customer service experience, utilities customer service experience, and medical office setting customer service experience are highly desirable.

Position Details

* Full-Time remote position

  • Interview process: Interviews will be conducted in a group setting with other candidates, virtually (Google Meets)
  • Starting Pay:

+ $15.00/hr for the first month + $16.00/hr after the first month + $17.00/hr after mastering Tier 3 + $18.00/hr after mastering Specialty and Dispatch

  • Training Details:

+ The training will be for 3 weeks and will also take place on the weekends + Remote training will be done ONLINE + Week 1: Monday through Friday + Week 2: Monday through Thursday + Saturday + Week 3: Monday through Thursday + Sunday

  • Work Schedule:

+ Your work schedule availability will be discussed during your live group interview with the hiring manager + 40 hour week shifts will cover anywhere from 6AM to 10PM + It will be 4 weekdays and 1 Saturday or 1 Sunday + Weekends are mandatory
