About the Role: Customer Service/Repair Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service/Repair Representative to join our team in Bartlesville, OK. As a key member of our customer service team, you will interface with customers, repair technicians, manufacturing, and logistics personnel to coordinate customer property returns for paid repair or warranty processing and shipment back to them. This role requires a unique blend of technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and exceptional customer service abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage repairs from customer/channel requests through delivery for Bartlesville (and possibly Warminster, PA location), ensuring timely and efficient processing.
  • Request and enter required information per written process to execute repairs, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Manage repair priorities with repair technicians as appropriate to meet schedules and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Lead problem resolution activities, addressing capacity and material constraints, customer issues, and urgent repair turnarounds.
  • Complete repair orders (Service Orders, Sales Orders, Service Notifications) per process, ensuring invoices are correct and sent to customers.
  • Support activities that meet the KPIs (delivery, revenue, safety, quality, integrity, etc.) required to successfully manage the business.
  • Run reports, review detailed datasets, and recommend process changes that lead to improved KPI delivery.
  • Participate in and/or lead improvement activities deemed appropriate to meet/exceed service goals.
  • Support other roles or tasks as requested by management.

Requirements and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in customer service, repair order management, or a related field; alternatively, a special combination of education and experience and/or demonstrated accomplishments.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, repair technicians, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple repair orders simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications to manage repair orders, track inventory, and generate reports.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in customer service, with a focus on industrial automation or digital industries.
  • 2 years of experience in managing repair priorities for customers.
  • 2 years of experience in documentation and reporting.
  • 2 years of experience in problem resolution activities.
