About the Role

This is a full-time, remote position, allowing you to work from home with a flexible schedule that may include hours outside of typical business times. You will be an integral part of our customer support team, providing exceptional support via phone, email, and online channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional support via phone, email, and online for billing, insurance verification, product, and service inquiries.
  • Manage both inbound and outbound calls, proactively identifying solutions to anticipated customer questions.
  • Take ownership of customer issues from start to finish, collaborating with pharmacists and pharmacy staff when necessary.
  • Deliver top-tier service in a fast-paced environment, addressing customer insurance and copay inquiries.
  • Offer technical support for navigating our online platforms.
  • Ensure timely service to enhance customer relationships, seeing every interaction as an opportunity to build lasting connections.
  • Promote customer safety and adhere to our Work From Home policy.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (must be 18 years or older).
  • 6+ years of professional experience with computer and online tools.
  • Proven multitasking skills with phone and computer abilities.
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • 1+ year of relevant phone or email customer service experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in a customer service or call center environment.
  • Familiarity with the healthcare sector.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced setting while meeting productivity and quality standards.
  • Demonstrated teamwork skills.
