Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. Key Responsibilities

  • Input, update, and maintain accurate data into blithequark's proprietary systems with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
  • Perform data verification and quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness, and identify and correct errors or discrepancies
  • Collaborate with team members and managers to meet project deadlines, and provide updates on progress and any challenges
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data security and confidentiality, and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Provide exceptional customer service through effective communication and problem-solving, and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Essential Qualifications

  • No prior experience required; comprehensive training provided to ensure success in the role
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree or diploma in a related field an asset
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace conducive to remote work

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles is a plus, with a proven track record of accuracy and efficiency
