Key Responsibilities

As a Pharmacy Technician – Data Entry Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Guiding problematic prescriptions to the pharmacist for completion

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician
• Pharmacy Technician certification in the state of GA
• National Pharmacy Technician Certification
• Data entry experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• Specialty pharmacy experience
• Prescription settlement experience, including communicating with prescribers regarding case status and reviewing prescription guarantee issues
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy software and systems
