Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Associate at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling incoming customer questions and concerns via email and our Hubspot support portal
- Interfacing with internal sales and customer success teams to ensure pilots and existing customers receive the support they need
- Working with the engineering team to escalate and investigate bugs and product questions
- Utilizing Notion and other tools to manage internal processes and information
Preferred Experience

- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to distill solutions from multiple sources of information
- Experience working in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills

Compensation
We offer a competitive salary range of $40k - $50k, depending on experience.
