Your Role

As a Customer Sales and Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience to our valued customers. You'll be the face of blithequark, answering incoming calls, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Your goal will be to instill confidence and loyalty in our customers, while also meeting sales goals and delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer incoming calls from customers and respond to requests about installation, disconnection, or changes to service

  • Instill confidence and loyalty in customers through thoughtful listening and utilizing knowledge of blithequark's products and services
  • Identify customer needs and proactively offer our products and services to meet monthly sales goals and deliver an outstanding customer experience
  • Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and disputes on service, billing, rates, adjustments, and policy issues
  • Respond to requests from customers about blithequark products and services
  • Verify service order accuracy and completeness and make corrections/changes as needed
  • Negotiate the collection of overdue bills
  • Work evenings, weekends, holidays, and unscheduled shifts as determined by the needs of the business
  • Manage various systems and work tools while engaging on the phone with customers

What We're Looking For

* A true consultative salesperson with a passion for meeting sales goals and building relationships with customers

  • A deep interest in learning about customers, business challenges, and industry trends
  • The ability to diffuse sensitive situations with empathy and effective communication skills
  • A drive to provide exceptional customer service and take ownership of customer concerns
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
  • A strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Related Associate Degree or 2+ years' relevant experience

  • Customer Service call center experience
  • Previous collections experience
  • Experience with selling products and services
  • Customer service skills
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate with detail and precision
