Job Summary

As a Live Chat Agent at blithequark, you will be responsible for engaging with visitors via live chat on our website, providing information about our services, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience for all users. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and potential customers, and your exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail will make all the difference in delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

* Engage with visitors via live chat on our website to provide information about our design, planning, and construction services, including project timelines, service details, product specifications, and pricing.

  • Answer questions and address concerns in a prompt, professional, and courteous manner, ensuring a positive experience for all users.
  • Assist with scheduling consultations or meetings with our design and construction teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Maintain accurate records of chat interactions and follow up on any unresolved issues, ensuring that all customer inquiries are addressed and resolved.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality service, sharing knowledge and best practices to continuously improve our customer service standards.

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent; additional customer service or communication training is a plus.

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a live chat or support capacity, demonstrating a strong ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to resolve customer issues and concerns.
  • Familiarity with live chat software and basic computer applications, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
