Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Following proper procedures utilizing computer and telephone equipment to ensure seamless customer interactions
  • Professionally greeting prospects by speaking clearly and listening effectively, building trust and rapport from the very start
  • Entering data consisting of letters and numbers onto web forms using keyboard and mouse, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Providing excellent customer service by maintaining professionalism at all times, even in the face of challenging situations
  • Maintaining a positive attitude towards prospects, co-workers, and all levels of management, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment
  • Multi-tasking essential job functions by reading, typing, speaking, and maneuvering through multiple browser tabs simultaneously, staying organized and focused under pressure

Qualifications

To succeed as a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll need:
