Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possess excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Have accurate keyboard and typing skills, meeting minimum requirements
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office and internet navigation
- Demonstrate strong customer service skills, with the ability to speak with a smile in your voice
- Be available to work evening, weekend shifts, and holidays, with paid time and a half
- Have access to high-speed internet on a personal network (not a shared network)
- Maintain a personal, private, and patient-confidential workspace environment
- Pass a background check and federal work-eligibility check as part of the interview process
