Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat. Your expertise will be essential in processing sales orders, maintaining customer relationships, and identifying trends and pain points to improve the overall customer experience. You will also be expected to:

• Deliver above-and-beyond customer service, ensuring that every interaction is personalized and exceeds customer expectations
• Develop a deep understanding of blithequark's internal management system to efficiently process sales orders and maintain customer relationships
• Utilize our communication software to interact with teammates, management, and other departments, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment
• Identify opportunities for improvement and propose solutions to enhance the customer experience
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to continuously improve customer service and support

• Possess up to 2 years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and support
