Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Virtual Customer Service Representative - Guest Relations and Operations Support, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: ### Guest Relations
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues and concerns
- Utilize AI-powered tools, such as Guesty and/or HostAI, to leverage comprehensive guest messaging that resonates with our brand and travelers
- Develop and maintain a deep familiarity with ChatGPT to enhance guest interactions and experiences
- Screen potential guests to ensure a smooth and secure booking process
- Provide support for guests, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Respond to guest inquiries, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively
- Communicate and escalate issues to management via Slack, ensuring seamless escalation and resolution
- Achieve 5-star ratings and Superhost Status by consistently delivering exceptional guest experiences
### Company Tasks
- Report maintenance and damage issues to Operations via Operto Teams, ensuring timely and effective resolution
- Report and submit damage claims to Guesty Shield for reimbursement, ensuring accurate and efficient processing
- Build, manage, and report in-house maintenance labor, ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations
- Develop a working knowledge of business financials and accounting to assist with the onboarding of accounting systems
- Establish and maintain relationships with 3rd party vendors for tertiary market management, ensuring seamless and efficient operations
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in customer service, guest relations, or a related field
- Proficient in English, with perfect grammar and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high level of multitasking and adaptability
- Experience with Guesty and/or HostAI, with a deep familiarity with ChatGPT
- Ability to work in a virtual environment, with a high level of self-motivation and discipline
- Availability and reliability in CST and Eastern United States time zones, with a flexible schedule to accommodate part-time and overnight shifts
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in property management, hospitality, or a related field
- Familiarity with business financials and accounting
- Experience in 3rd party vendor relations for tertiary market management
