Requirements:

• Technical Requirements: High-speed internet with at least 10 MBPS download speed (no satellite), a USB wired headset with noise-canceling microphone, and a quiet, secured workspace.
• Education and Experience: 18+ years old, high school diploma or GED, and at least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Skills and Competencies: Professional, positive attitude, courteous telephone etiquette, experience using a computer in a work or non-work setting, and ability to thrive in a highly structured environment.
• Availability: Schedule with open availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Location: Must live in Mississippi to apply for this requisition.
