Job Summary
As a Live Chat Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing critical assistance to our clients via live chat, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This is a remote position, and you will be working from the comfort of your own home in Colorado. Responsibilities
* Provide Tier I support and customer assistance via live chat for our mobile application
- Troubleshoot, reproduce, report, and resolve technical issues in both iOS and Android operating systems
- Install client software on supported devices following defined procedures, processes, and methods
- Employ Incident Management procedures to enter tickets into the required tracking system
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our clients
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements in the mobile application space
Key Qualifications
* One year of professional experience in an occupational field related to the work assigned to the position, including mobile application support
- OR Associate's degree from an accredited institution in a field of study related to the work assignment, including Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or other related technical degrees
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong technical skills, including experience with mobile devices and operating systems
Preferred Qualifications
* Jira experience
- ITIL Certification
- Agile and scrum methodology experience
- Government work experience
- Apple and Google Play Store experience
- Use of diagnostic tools and knowledge of diverse range of mobile device makes and models
