Job Summary

As a Remote Inbound Customer Service Agent at blithequark, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer experiences to our clients' customers. You will be responsible for answering questions, resolving issues, and providing product information to customers via phone calls. Key Responsibilities

* Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone calls

Essential Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
