Job Summary

As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you'll be the go-to expert for our clients, providing top-notch support via email and phone-based tickets, tracked in our support desk system. You'll have the opportunity to learn about property management, HOAs, and our top-performing accounting software, as well as develop your skills in a unique blend of technology and accounting.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support via email and phone-based tickets, ensuring timely and effective resolution of client issues

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client queries and provide proactive solutions
  • Develop a deep understanding of our software solutions and property management industry, enabling you to provide expert guidance and support
  • Utilize our support desk system to track and manage client interactions, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles, FAQs, and other support resources to enhance client experience

Essential Qualifications

* 2 years of experience in a contact center environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer support

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on de-escalation techniques
  • Proven multitasking ability, with experience working in an omnichannel environment
  • Independent problem-solving skills, with a mindset for troubleshooting and resolving complex issues
  • Ability to work in the US without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ZenDesk

  • Experience with accounting and/or property management terminology
  • Familiarity with our top-performing accounting software and property management industry
