Essential Job Functions
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Taking a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, stores, and associates
* Navigating multiple systems to aid in answering questions and resolving issues
* Communicating professionally in a conversational manner while utilizing all available resources to ensure customer satisfaction
* Exceeding customer expectations by being punctual, reliable, and dedicated to making a difference
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* To type a minimum of 25 WPM
* To be proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word)
* A high school diploma or GED
* Successful completion of mandatory training
* Customer service experience
Work Environment and Schedule
As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. We offer a variety of shift opportunities, including:
