About the Role: Chat Assassin

As a Chat Assassin, you'll be working with our highly skilled client success team to initiate authentic conversations that drive sales for our clients, including Business Coaches, through various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Your primary objective will be to sell coaching programs on behalf of our clients, speaking as their representative on their social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Start new conversations with potential clients through social media platforms (approximately 2 hours a day)
• Follow up with leads and nurture them through the sales process (approximately 2 hours a day)
• Grow our clients' social media presence organically (approximately 2 hours a day)
• Respond to active leads and close sales (approximately 1 hour 30 minutes a day)
• Perform management and daily communication tasks (approximately 30 minutes a day)

As a Chat Assassin, you'll be working in a fast-paced, proactive environment where you'll be challenged to develop strategies to manage your team to success. With a focus on sales performance, you'll have the opportunity to earn commissions and bonuses based on your results.

Essential Qualifications:

• Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English proficiency
• Availability to work full-time (8 hours a day, Monday to Friday, and 2 hours on weekends)
• A fully working desktop/laptop and smartphone
• Stable internet connection
• Location in any country in Latin America or Brazil

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience working from home or in a sales role
• High interest and commitment to learning and professional growth
• Ability to work with trial and error and adapt to daily challenges

Compensation and Benefits:

Our compensation package includes:

• Fixed payment plus hourly rate, commissions, and bonuses
• Training Stage: $150-$300
• Average Performance Level: $600-$1,200/month
• Good Performance Level: $1,200-$2,000/month
• Excellent Performance Level: $2,000-$3,000+/month
• No limit on commissions
