Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Engaging with customers to promote products or services, and providing exceptional support to meet their needs
  • Utilizing upselling techniques to increase sales and drive revenue growth
  • Performing data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring seamless integration with our systems
  • Handling cash transactions with precision, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintaining phone etiquette standards during customer interactions, ensuring a positive and professional experience for all callers
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve customer complaints and concerns, and providing solutions that meet their needs

Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong customer service skills, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages (Multilingual/Bilingual preferred)
  • Proficiency in computerized systems for data entry, with a strong understanding of data management principles
  • Experience with cash handling procedures, including handling cash transactions with precision and accuracy
  • Familiarity with Spanish language is a plus, but not required
  • A strong work ethic, with a commitment to meeting and exceeding performance targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
  • A flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to work in a dynamic and ever-changing environment

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset in this role:

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth
  • Experience with CRM software, including Salesforce or similar platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex customer issues
  • A degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or marketing

  • Evenings as needed
  • Evening shifts
  • Every weekend
  • Holidays
  • Monday to Friday
  • Morning shifts
  • Nights as needed
  • Night shifts
  • Rotating weekends
  • Weekends as needed
