The Role

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be an integral part of our business, supporting our customers and advisers with any queries they may have about their applications or policies. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide outstanding customer engagement skills, demonstrating a positive can-do attitude and always acting with integrity

• Provide accurate information to advisers, customers, and other third parties
• Apply common sense and pragmatism to achieve appropriate outcomes
• Support a culture of continuous improvement
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and advisers
• Identify and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner

Essential Qualifications
