Job Description
As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Using various communication channels to assist blithequark customers, including phone, email, or chat
- Responding to customer inquiries, concerns, and questions in a timely and professional manner
- Creating resolutions for customers by solving their issues and escalating matters to the relevant blithequark departments when necessary
- Collaborating with blithequark vendors and sellers to support and improve customer service
- Managing multiple tasks and prioritizing customer service to ensure that every customer interaction is a positive one
- Staying up-to-date with blithequark's products, services, and policies, and being able to advise customers on their inquiries
Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
* Minimum High School diploma or equivalent
- Professional experience in customer service (preferably in an e-commerce setting)
- Great communicator with excellent listening, verbal, and writing skills in English
- Must be able to multitask with strong attention to detail
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays on a shift schedule basis, overtime as needed
- Proficient in navigating multiple computer systems and software while communicating with customers
- Ability to work independently while connecting with the team remotely
