Job Description

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Using various communication channels to assist blithequark customers, including phone, email, or chat
  • Responding to customer inquiries, concerns, and questions in a timely and professional manner
  • Creating resolutions for customers by solving their issues and escalating matters to the relevant blithequark departments when necessary
  • Collaborating with blithequark vendors and sellers to support and improve customer service
  • Managing multiple tasks and prioritizing customer service to ensure that every customer interaction is a positive one
  • Staying up-to-date with blithequark's products, services, and policies, and being able to advise customers on their inquiries

Key Responsibilities:

* Use various communication channels to assist blithequark customers

  • Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and questions
  • Create resolutions for customers by solving their issues and escalating matters to the relevant blithequark departments when necessary
  • Collaborate with blithequark vendors and sellers to support and improve customer service

Qualifications:

* Minimum High School diploma or equivalent

  • Professional experience in customer service (preferably in an e-commerce setting)
  • Great communicator with excellent listening, verbal, and writing skills in English
  • Must be able to multitask with strong attention to detail
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays on a shift schedule basis, overtime as needed
  • Proficient in navigating multiple computer systems and software while communicating with customers
  • Ability to work independently while connecting with the team remotely
