Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Success Manager (Technical), your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Building and nurturing relationships with leaders at a set of customer accounts, understanding their businesses and needs, and finding ways to help them succeed in using blithequark's product.
  • Identifying opportunities to deepen and expand customer relationships with blithequark, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with internal partners to drive initiatives forward, providing detailed feedback from merchants to inform product development and business strategy.
  • Developing and executing customer success plans to maximize revenue growth and reduce churn.
  • Analyzing customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, and developing strategies to address customer pain points.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and applying this knowledge to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and reducing churn in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer data and develop strategies to drive growth.
  • Experience working with CRM software and other customer success tools.
  • Strong knowledge of the finance industry and its trends.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

  • A master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience working with SaaS products and their implementation.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based technologies and their applications.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Certification in customer success or a related field.
