The Role
As an Experienced Chat Operator at blithequark, you will be the face of our company, engaging in online conversations with customers and representing our automotive dealer clients favorably. Your primary goal will be to turn conversations into leads that help our clients generate revenue. You will be working from the comfort of your own home, using your own computer or laptop, and interacting with customers through our cutting-edge chat platform.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage in online conversations with customers, providing exceptional customer service and creating a wow-ing experience
- Represent our automotive dealer clients favorably, building trust and rapport with customers
- Convert conversations into leads, driving business growth for our clients
- Utilize your gaming experience to make extra income and enhance your skills
- Collaborate with our team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
- Participate in regular training and development sessions to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Requirements:
* Must live within the state of Iowa (IA)
- Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
- Computer must have a minimum of 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th Generation Intel Core (i3 equivalent or higher)
- Quiet, dedicated work space free from distractions – this is a remote position
- Able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday – Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT
- Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, 40 and above is preferred
- Gaming experience is preferred, but not required
