About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Remote Health Care Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a member of our Customer Experience team, you will play a vital role in handling telehealth-based phone calls and email inquiries, providing support and solutions to patients and healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of incoming calls and emails from patients and healthcare professionals, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Provide support and guidance on insurance verifications, benefits education, billing questions, prescription issues, and technical challenges, including real-time support during time-sensitive situations
• Navigate multiple systems and applications to access patient information and resolve issues efficiently
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed
• Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics, including call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity standards

Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or college degree
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with patients and healthcare professionals
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and managing time effectively
• Availability to work weekends and flexible hours, including evenings and holidays
• High-speed internet connection and a distraction-free work environment
• Ability to type 40 words per minute with 96% accuracy
• Successful completion of a background check

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, healthcare, or a related field
• Knowledge of healthcare terminology, insurance plans, and medical procedures
