About the Role

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in supporting patients, members, and customers with their healthcare needs. You will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring that every interaction is personalized, empathetic, and informative. Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to patients, members, and customers to schedule appointments for preventative health screenings, assess for high-risk or other healthcare appointments
• Provide personalized support to patients, helping them make informed decisions about their healthcare experience
• Conduct welcome calls and assist members and patients with benefits and insurance information
• Perform outbound calls to conduct surveys and gather feedback
• Maintain accurate records and data entry in our systems
• Collaborate with internal teams, including clinical expertise and technology, to deliver comprehensive solutions
• Adhere to daily schedules and duties, ensuring high-quality performance and productivity

Requirements and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
• Strong computer experience, including data entry, screen navigation, and keyboarding
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook (email) and Word
• Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences
• Ability to adhere to daily schedules and duties, with a focus on quality and productivity
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a demonstration of caring and compassion
• A minimum internet download speed of 100Mbps and upload speed of 20Mbps
• Two monitors, at least 22 inches, with HDMI and Display ports
