Job Summary

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative working remotely with blithequark, you'll be the spark that brightens days and ignites your career. You'll be part of a dynamic team that delivers exceptional customer experiences in the healthcare industry. Your passion for helping others, strong product and brand knowledge, and excellent communication skills will make you a valuable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bring your passion and strong product and brand knowledge to recommend upgrades to health plans
  • Conduct research and make outbound calls to provide answers for customers regarding general healthcare benefit and eligibility questions, enrollment status requests for new and existing members
  • Assist members with logging into and understanding the functionality of their online health account, locating doctor and facility information
  • Provide exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues and answering questions with compassion and empathy
  • Work collaboratively with your team to achieve shared goals and objectives

What You Bring to the Role:

  • 6 months or more of customer service experience in a related field
  • Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Computer experience and high-speed internet (> 15 mbps)
  • USB wired headset or compatible device (except for Bluetooth headsets)
  • Smartphone or another device that runs iOS or Android (iPad, etc.) for daily log-in
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
