  • Rebook Travelers on Oversold Flights and During Unpredictable Situations: Use your problem-solving skills to rebook travelers on oversold flights and during unpredictable situations, while also providing a high level of customer service.
  • Perform Traveler Registration and Front Seat Task: Use your expertise to perform traveler registration and front seat task, while also ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess a range of skills and qualifications, including:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, communications, or customer service.
