Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Agent & Remote Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, responding to client inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, maintaining high levels of productivity and quality
  • Utilizing your typing skills to meet or exceed our minimum speed requirements of 30 words per minute
  • Working independently, with minimal supervision, to manage your workload and meet deadlines
  • Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless communication and support
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and company policies to continuously improve your skills and performance

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess:

  • A stable internet connection and a reliable computer or laptop
  • Basic PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Excellent typing skills, with a minimum speed of 30 words per minute
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to focus and work independently, with minimal distractions
  • Basic English written and spoken language skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant experience preferred
