About the Role

As a Specialized Help Designer, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing efficient support processes and tools that meet the evolving needs of our customers. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing efficient support processes and tools that meet the evolving needs of our customers
  • Collaborating with our cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions
  • Investigating and resolving complex customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation and knowledge bases to support our customers
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our support processes remain best-in-class
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers, both internally and externally

What You'll Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess a strong combination of technical and interpersonal skills. Here are some of the key qualifications we're looking for:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a technical support or help design role
  • Strong understanding of form control tools, including GitHub, Gradle, and Java
  • Experience with Spring Boot and other Java-based frameworks
  • Ability to design and implement efficient support processes and tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create comprehensive documentation and knowledge bases
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate and resolve complex customer issues
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies

Nice to Have

While the above qualifications are essential, we're also looking for candidates who possess some of the following skills and traits:

  • Experience with GRPC, including service-to-service IPC calls and Protobuf
  • Familiarity with Linux and Docker, including Debian and Antiques
  • Experience building dashboards and data visualizations
  • Knowledge of framework automation and experience with Zendesk or other tagging frameworks
  • Passion for visibility tooling and best practices
