Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through inbound calls. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to inbound calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting customers by answering questions and inquiries about products and services
  • Troubleshooting issues and addressing questions related to orders placed by customers
  • Following up with customers to ensure they have received quality customer service
  • Completing after-call information and data entry to the system

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 1 year of experience in a Customer Service role
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable high-speed internet with the ability to be hard-wired
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • A positive and customer-focused attitude

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we prefer candidates with:

  • Experience in a call center environment
  • Knowledge of customer service software and systems
  • A degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications)

Compensation

You'll be paid $12.00 per hour, with increases throughout the first year, transitioning to a performance-based model. Your expected hours will be 20-40 per week, with opportunities to work part-time or full-time.

As a remote customer service representative, you'll work from the comfort of your own home, with the flexibility to create your own schedule. You'll have access to all the necessary equipment and software to perform your job duties, and you'll be part of a dynamic and supportive team.
