Job Summary
As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist – CVS Operations, you will play a critical role in managing CVS data entry operations in a work-from-home (WFH) setting. You will be responsible for ensuring accuracy and timely processing during night/day shifts, while maintaining data integrity and confidentiality. This is a full-time position that requires comprehensive support in managing CVS databases remotely.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage CVS data entry operations in a WFH setting, ensuring accuracy and timely processing during night/day shifts
- Detail-oriented and adaptable to fast-paced environments, with a commitment to maintaining data integrity and confidentiality
- Participate in the execution of Quality Management (QM) Work Plan exercises, including quality items and administrations
- Utilize estimation and investigation to process, assess, and make suggestions to meet QM targets
- Conduct on-site clinical and clinical reviews for all lines of business, including AHCCCS, DES, and DCS-CHP
- Conduct post-employment surveys with clinical and initiative staff to audit review results
- Help create remedial activity plans
- Create review apparatuses for all populations
- Track fulfillment of remedial activity plans
- Complete information section on all review apparatuses
- Participate in finishing bury rater unwavering quality and scoring guidelines
- Participate in QM gatherings
Essential Qualifications
* Four-year degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare, social work)
- At least 2 years of experience in medical services or social wellbeing
- Ability to travel to suppliers' offices up to 80% of the time
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a high level of expertise in Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
* RN or LPN clinical record experience
- QM evaluating experience or case management experience
- High level of attention to detail
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
