Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be part of a small team responsible for proactive outreach to delivery drivers and merchants to drive exceptional quality. Your primary goal will be to identify and mitigate potential issues, address concerns with empathy and urgency, and spearhead workflows that ensure we meet exceptional Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You'll develop a deep expertise in our product, processes, systems, and tools, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve our processes and deliver world-class customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify issues and potential failures, and implement mitigation tactics to ensure seamless delivery experiences
• Address merchant and delivery driver issues with empathy and urgency, providing timely and effective resolutions
• Spearhead and execute workflows that ensure we meet exceptional SLAs, and identify trends to communicate findings to broader teams
• Develop a deep expertise in our product, processes, systems, and tools, and stay up-to-date with industry developments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve our processes, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement
• Provide proactive outbound support to delivery drivers and merchants, driving exceptional quality and customer satisfaction

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• Fluent in Spanish (written and verbal)
• 1-2 years of work experience in a fast-paced customer service role, preferably in a similar industry
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; degree a plus
• Comfortable with Google Sheets and other productivity tools

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with G-Suite, Slack, Atlassian, and Salesforce
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other industry-specific tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively

What We Offer

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive pay rate of $20.00 per hour W2, with a 4+ month contract and strong potential to convert to a permanent role. As a remote team member, you'll enjoy a flexible work environment, with the opportunity to work from anywhere in the EST or CST time zones.
