The Role

As a Customer Service Associate – Delivery Station Liaison, you'll be the face of blithequark, providing real-time, hands-on support to our customers at our Delivery Stations. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our customers receive their packages on time, as promised, and that they have a seamless experience from start to finish. You'll be the go-to expert for customers who need help with their packages, and you'll work closely with our team to resolve any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage difficult customer situations with empathy and professionalism, using phone and email to resolve issues and provide support

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and prioritize their needs to ensure timely resolution
  • Solicit customer feedback to improve the customer experience and identify areas for growth
  • Analyze data to inform decision-making and develop work flows and procedures to improve efficiency
  • Use problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer-facing issues in a timely manner
  • Effectively communicate with customers, team members, and stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and resolution
  • Balance team and individual responsibilities, exhibiting objectivity and openness to others' views
  • Treat people with respect, inspire trust, and support organizational values and goals with integrity

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a warehouse production environment with varying noise levels and temperatures
  • Physical ability to carry, lift, push, and pull up to 49 pounds
  • Ability to stand, kneel, crouch, and/or stretch for up to 12 hours during shifts
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a logistics or delivery environment

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and data analysis tools
  • Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to building a positive team culture
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus
