Key Responsibilities:

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling a high volume of incoming calls, visits, and messages from customers, stores, and partners
  • Utilizing various systems and tools to respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues
  • Providing expert-level customer service in a conversational manner, using all available resources to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Being dependable, reliable, and committed to making a positive impact on our customers' experiences

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in any field

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Effective completion of mandatory training program
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word)
  • Ability to type at least 25 WPM
