Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will play a vital role in supporting our patient care teams by accurately and efficiently processing patient data, prescriptions, and other administrative tasks. You will work closely with our healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication, accurate data entry, and timely resolution of patient issues. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional patient care by accurately and efficiently processing patient data, prescriptions, and other administrative tasks

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication, accurate data entry, and timely resolution of patient issues
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including demographic information, medical history, and treatment plans
• Process prescriptions, including verifying patient information, checking for medication interactions, and ensuring accurate dispensing
• Perform data entry tasks, including updating patient records, tracking medication usage, and monitoring patient outcomes
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and operational efficiency
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines to protect patient information
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field

• Current licensure as a pharmacist in the states within the region
• Experience performing solution dispensing exercises that demonstrate a strong understanding of relevant state and federal controlled substance regulations
• Affirmed Immunizer or able to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire

Preferred Qualifications

* At least 2 years of experience as a pharmacist in a retail setting, including prescription filling and verification, records and legal compliance, pharmacy operations, pharmacy software and technology systems, and insurance

• Strong understanding of pharmacy software and technology systems, including electronic health records and prescription management systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and make sound decisions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality
